CEFTA Related Projects / Monitoring the Investment Related Clauses of CEFTA, OECD

This EC-financed project is being carried out by the Private Sector Development Division of the OECD.  It has two key objectives
(I) to assess the Parties’ implementation of the investment related clauses of CEFTA namely non-discrimination and national treatment, government procurement and intellectual property rights;
(ii) to assess the potential impact of CEFTA 2006 on industry concentration and location of FDI, based on the experience of the former CEFTA members and the Baltic States.
